By joining the waitlist or using JarvAI, you agree to these terms. JarvAI is currently in private alpha and provided “as is” while we build toward launch.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest and, for early members, founder pricing at launch. It isn’t a purchase and creates no obligation on either side until JarvAI is generally available.
Your accounts & data
JarvAI acts through services you connect using your own credentials and subscriptions (including your Claude account). You’re responsible for your use of those services and for the content in your brain.
Acceptable use
Don’t use JarvAI to break the law or the terms of the services it connects to.
Changes
These terms will be finalized before public launch and may be updated. We’ll note material changes here.
